Overcoming difficulties
Most groups will at some point face difficult times. If these situations are not handled correctly, members may become discouraged and it will prevent the work going ahead.
Read Nehemiah 4:1-12

The people don’t give up. They work together (verses 16-18) to help one another. They design a system so that they can respond rapidly if one group needs help suddenly (verses 19-20). They are dedicated to completing the work (verses 21-23).

समस्याहरूलाई जित्ने
प्राय धेरैजसो समूहले कुनै न कुनै समयम समस्याको सामना गर्छ। यदि यी समस्याहरूलाई ठीक किसिमले समाधान गरिएन भने सदस्यहरू हतोतसाहित हुन सक्छन् र यसले कामलाई सुचारु रुपले अगाडि बढाउन बाधा पुग्न जान्छ।
नहेम्याह ४:१- १२ पढ्नुहोस्।

उनीहरूले हरेस खाँदैनन् तर उनीहरू मिलेर काम गर्छन्। पद १-१८, एउटाले अर्कोलाई सहायता गर्छन्।उनीहरूले एउटा प्रणालीको विकास गर्छन् ताकि कुनै समूहलाई अचानक सहायता चाहिएको खण्डमा तुरुन्तै प्रतिकृया जनाउन सकियोस्। पद १९-२०। उनीहरू काम पूरा गर्नलाई समर्पित थिए। पद २१-२३
? समस्याहरू आउँदा तपाईंको समूहले कसरी प्रतिकृया जनाउँछ?
? के एउटाले अर्कोलाई अझ बढी सहायता गरेर समस्याहरूलाई जित्न सकिन्छ कि?
? के तपाईंले लगाताररुपम परमेश्वको अगुवाइ, उत्साह र बुद्धी खोज्दै हुनुहुन्छ?
