INF International is a an International Non-Government Organization that has been working in the field of Health Services and Community development in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudur Paschim Province of Nepal for 70 years. The Pokhara Study Centre (PSC), based in the Green Pastures Hospital complex to provide excellent international standard education and is looking for qualified and self-motivated Nepali Citizens for the following post:

Main Responsibilities:

Admin Assistant: To provide autonomous administrative support to the principal and teachers at PSC to enable the teachers to focus on classroom activities. The role will cover a wide range of areas including: support for IT needs, orientation of new teaching staff, assistance with logistics and purchasing, overseeing general maintenance, administration, finance, keeping records, stock taking and managing visitors. There may be opportunity for some teaching as well.

Required Qualifications and Skills for Primary Teacher Assistant

• Bachelor degree in Management relating to administration (prefer Master’s Degree).
• Experience of financial systems (preferably in a school environment)
• Excellent IT skills.
• An excellent knowledge of the English language.
• The ability to work with parents and children from a wide variety of backgrounds.
• The ability to work co-operatively in a team displaying integrity and reliability.
• Have the stamina to cope with a constantly changing school environment and the ability to be flexible.
• Motorbike license
