Job Description 

Title: Export incentive coordinator

Reports to: Director

Job purpose: To assist Purnaa to obtain The Nepal Government’s export cash incentive benefits.

Key responsibilities:

1. Work with Purnaa’s Accounting Department Head to prepare documentation to apply for The Nepal Government’s export cash incentive benefits.
2. Compile copies and create an Excel table with details of all Purnaa’s Export Invoices and Import Pragrapan Patras for a one-month period, and create associated summary documentation and application letters to apply for value addition certification from the Department of Industry.
3. Compile copies and create an Excel table with details of all Purnaa’s Export Invoices, Export Pragyapan Patras, APCs, and export tax receipts for a specific time period and create summary documentation of export data and application letters for cash incentive.
4. Represent Purnaa to the Department of Industry and Purnaa’s bank and Rastra Bank to submit application for cash incentive.
5. Coordinate with Department of Industry and Purnaa’s bank and Rastra Bank to submit application for cash incentive.
6. Follow up with Department of Industry and Purnaa’s bank and Rastra Bank provide additional details or paperwork as necessary until cash incentive received.
7. Document the process of applying for cash incentive and create a checklist for future company use.

Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in any stream

Work Experience:

Experience in Government work related or some who have worked in Government office is strongly preferred.

1. Nepali typing
2. Computer fluency especially Excel
3. Good with numbers
4. Outgoing personality
5. Strong integrity
6. Good attention to detail
7. Understanding how to work with Government of Nepal offices
8. Has driver’s licence and can drive scooter or motorbike

Working Hrs: Flexible as needed for accomplishing project

Salary:  Negotiable

Compensation: 2% of any cash incentive received based on exports that occurred before Mangsir 2075 and 4% of any cash incentive received based on exports that occurred between Pous 2075 and present. The estimated cash total compensation of approximately Rs. 60,000 if full cash incentive achieved to date.
