With due priority to the virtue of Nepalese pluralistic society, we believe in creating situation where people from all rounds have chance to enjoy their rights and respect dignity of each other.
In context of current deplorable situation, reliable base should be developed so that social, cultural, economic and political rights of people ensured, series of incidents of human rights violation by both state and non-state actors should be stopped and let them live peacefully without further delay.
In context of state being declared as secular, its aspects of institutionalization should be developed and therefore, all forms of discrimination based on religion and culture should be end now. One should follow or change any religion of their choice and profess it without fear. On occasion of International Human Rights Day, on behalf of Dharmik Chautari, I wish you all for better human rights situation in country.

मानवअधिकार दिवसको अवसरमा धार्मिक चौतारी नेपालको तर्फबाट शुभकामना – २०१५
नेपालको बहुलबादी समाजको गुणलाई उच्च मान्यता दिदै सबै पृष्ठभूमिका मानिसहरुले समान अधिकारको भोगचलन गर्न पाउने तथा सबैले सबैको अधिकार र मर्यादाको सम्मान गर्ने अवस्थाको सृजना हुनु पर्दछ भन्ने हाम्रो मान्यता रहेको छ ।
वर्तमान चरम विषम पस्थितिको अवस्थामा सम्पूर्ण नेपाली जनताको समाजिक, सांस्कृतिक, आर्थिक तथा राजनैतिक अधिकार सुनिश्चित हुने तथा राज्य तथा अन्य कुनै पनि गैर–राज्य पक्षहरुबाट हुदै आएका मानव अधिकार हननका घटनाहरु तुरुन्त रोकी जनतालाई सुख शान्ति संग बाच्न पाउने आधारभुत अधिकारका आधारहरु तयार गरिनु पर्दछ भन्ने आजको अत्यावश्यक माग हो ।
राज्य धर्मनिरपेक्ष घोषित भइसकेको अवस्थामा, निरपेक्षतका मुलमर्महरुलाई मजबुत रुपमा संस्थागत गर्दे सबै खाले संस्कृतिको संरक्षण गर्दै धर्म र संस्कृतिको आधारमा विभिन्न परिवेशमा हुदै आएका विवेभहरुको अन्त हुनुपर्दछ भने सबैले निर्धक भएर आफुले चाहेको धर्म मान्न वा परिर्वतन गर्न पाउने तथा विना संकोच आफ्नो धार्मिक आस्थालाई प्रकट गर्न सक्ने अवस्थाको सृजना हुन पाउनु पर्छ भन्दै सम्पूर्ण मानवअधिकार पे्रमी महानुभाव हरुमा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय मानव अधिकार दिवसको अवसरमा धार्मिक चौतारी नेपालको तर्फबाट शुभकामना व्यक्त गर्दछु ।
