Position: Program and Admin Assistant – 1
Location: Lalitpur Nepal
Job Summary: Program and Admin Assistant will assist in program and admin of MN in supporting MN staff and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to achieve the organization’s goals.
Qualifications and other criteria:
• Minimum 2 year of experience working in community development and relevant field
• At least +2 or equivalent academic qualification (Bachelor’s degree Preferable)
• Computer skills on Microsoft package and other required software
• Valid license of jeep, car and motorcycle with 2 years driving experience (Category A and B License)
• Knowledge and experience in communication, administration, and coordination
• Well-written and spoken Nepali and English language
• Commitment to Micah Nepal’s values
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist program staff in planning and implementing project activities
• Assist in administrative work for smooth operation
• Maintain logistic arrangements for program events and activities
• Drive office vehicles for organization’s works as per need
• Follow relevant job specific guidelines and policies
