INF International is an International Non-Government Organization that has been working in the field of Health Services and Community development in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudhu Paschim Province of Nepal for 70 years. The Pokhara Study Centre, based in the Green Pastures Hospital complex to provide excellent international standard education and is looking for qualified and self-motivated Nepali Citizens for the following post:
Position : Primary Teacher (pre-school)
Location : Pokhara
Number of Position : 1 (one) part time
Working days : Monday to Friday. (excluding school holidays)
Purpose of the Job:
To take on the responsibilities of teaching and planning in preschool and implementing an effective international programme adhering to the policies of PSC. To provide a safe and secure environment for the children in which they can make good progress in learning and grow socially, emotionally and spiritually.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Schooling to year 12 minimum, preferably bachelors
- Experience of teaching in a school environment
- An excellent knowledge of the English language.
- The ability to work with children from a wide variety of backgrounds.
- The ability to plan lessons for pre-school aged students.
- The ability to be flexible and to work co-operatively in a team.
- A willingness to take initiative and have a professional commitment to work
