Position Summary
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring project activities. This role requires strong coordination, reporting, and community engagement skills. The selected candidates will directly report to the Executive Director/Chairman.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and work plans.
Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and documentation as required.

· Coordinate and oversee day-to-day project activities.

· Ensure timely implementation of project plans in line with organizational goals.

· Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries.

· Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Executive Director/Chairman.

· Support the team in monitoring, evaluation, and documentation of project outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in development studies, management, social sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

· At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in project coordination or community development.

· Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in MS Office and report writing.

Skills and Competencies

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Must have experience working with children/ hostel.

Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Commitment to the organization’s vision, mission, and values.
Driving license category, A and B
