Children At Risk Network Nepal (CarNetNepal) is an NGO registered at District Administration office, Lalitpur and working in district of Nepal to advocate on behalf of the children at risk, protect their rights and release them from all kind of poverty, exploitation and abuses. In this particular context, CarNetNepal is looking for dynamic and potential Nepalese candidates to fill out the following
- Position: Child Learning Space (CLS) Project Assistant
 - Job Station: National Office, Lalitpur. 30% travel to fields.
 - Primary Function: Assist in managing and logistic support to the Learning Spaces run by CarNetNepal.
 - Duration: 12 months- Nov. 2025 to Oct. 2026 (With possibility of extension depending on availability of funds)
 
Minimum qualification and experience required
- 12 grades passed
 - Experience on working with children.
 - Good communication skill (verbal and written in English and Nepali).
 - Proficient in computer skills (in Microsoft Word, Excel and typing in Nepali language)
 - Can write brief reports and maintain children database.
 - Build and maintain effective relationship with colleagues and community leaders.
 - Able to integrate CarNetNepal values with the specific job s/he performs.
 
- Have positive learning attitude and concern for the poor and vulnerable children and family.
 - Have a high level of integrity and honesty, self-motivated, confident, and independent.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient and effective running of Child Learning Spaces, as per prescribed plan and budget.
 - Provide assistance in procuring and shipment of educational, recreational and sanitary materials to CLS(s).
 - Update the children’s database of CLS(s). Regular communicate with CLS(s) mentors for and frequent monitoring of CLS(s) at site and provide field report.
 - Ensure the child protection and child friendly environment in all CLS(s).
 - Ensure the CLS are operating in standard in-terms of i. Education & Learning ii. Personal hygiene, iii. Curricular activities iv. Personal behaviors v. Psycho-social support.
 - Prepare quarterly, update of CLS quarterly and annually.
 - Communicate with Networks of CarNetNepal and support in the functions of Networks, as per the 4-drives, i. Connect in ii. Capacity Building iii. Collective action iv. City Wide Influence
 - Support in Admin works demanded by the superior
