Position: Admin & Finance Officer

Job Summary:
The main responsibility of Admin & Finance Officer is handling the administrative and financial management of the organization. The Admin & Finance Officer will work closely with Nepal Team, Local NGO and the Home Office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Able to prepare financial reports
- Able to track of activities and expenses and liaising with local NGOs
- Able to analyze the financial risks and reports promptly
- Able to support non-finance staffs in understanding policies and procedures
- Willing and able to travel different working areas
- Able to ensure and demonstrate origination values, humbleness, respect in one’s work and relationship
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in management/ finance/Accounting
- Major in finance/Accounting, with minimum three years of accounting, financial management, donor reporting and administration experience
- Experience work in accounting software i.e., Money works or any other accounting software and advance computer skill in office package particular in MS Excel
- Committed to the organizations mission, vision and values
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under limited supervision
- Good written and spoken communication skills in both Nepali and English
