Dear Praying Friends:
This is what God’s Word says on prayer: If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land (2Ch 7:14).

This week we have had two examples of healing of our land. (1) We have a vice-President again. We thank God the vice-President humbly took the oath in Nepali and Maithili. His re-installation will greatly encourage our Madeshi friends. (2) The disqualified Maoist combatants have now all returned home. Now, the ‘qualified’ soldiers will have to find a satisfactory solution. Some of them will probably enter the Nepal Army. Let us thank God for these positive events and pray for more.
