A Peace Rally will be held in the morning of Sunday, 31st May 2009, to condemn in one united voice the barbarous bombing of Assumption Church on Saturday, 23rd May 2009 and call for Peace. The Rally will start at 7 am with 6 different groups setting out from the following six points around the valley – Jawalakhel, Koteshwar, Chabahil, Balaju, Maharajgunj and Kalanki. All the groups will proceed at 7 am walking in procession towards Ratna Park and converge in a meeting at Shanti Batika in Ratna Park, ending at around 8am.
