This was the cry that came out of HIM-COE 1998.

Now 10 years later it is time for a Global gathering of Nepali leaders

to see how God would unite our hearts,

and help us to reach and ministry to our people world-wide.

But even more than that,

how He would also use us as His instruments in His global purposes!

Begin to pray now for this historic event – and mark on your calendar.

I also totally disagree with you Mr Thanju. I had much resepect for you, but after reading your thoughts in this matter, I think you also do not know about missions and should join study for missiology that you do not have to go to the USA to do evangelism works in Nepal.

I just agree with the comments from Ps Bhoj and others. They are 100% right. I salute their courage and bold comments.

Thanju, please read this:

George Müller
1805-1898
English evangelist and philanthropist

A servant of God has but one Master.

It ill becomes the servant to seek to be rich, and great, and honoured in that world where his Lord was poor, and mean, and despised

Do not sell your spirit for gold and silver.

I totally disagree with you for your thoughts since these are just ," Khane Mukh lai Junga le Chhekdaina!"
It's just not about the 10 spies, or Joseph Brothers, but it's about money and opportunity in the name of God's kingdom.
I have deep respect for rev Adon, Rev Soloan, Rev Cindy and others key leaders. I hope the Lord will guide them and speak to their hearts to change the location of this program.

Organizing the program in the USA means just to grab another opportunity to slip into USA! It that correct, Mr Thanju. I think you are very wise man and can understand.

Please organize this program in KTM, other wise Pastor Bhoj Raj thoughts and other valley pastors thoughts seems to be 100% correct.

Mr Mahesh, please do not try to justify about this programs in Pattaya, even the Hindus know how Christians have addicted in such area who have both Dadu and Panyu in thier hands!
very very sad!

Lets hope that the convention for the Southern Baptists in the US would be held in Kathmandu so that they could be proud of the fact as how developed they have become!

Another Chance to make some more money
written by Bhojraj Bhatta , August 18, 2008

One of the prominent leaders who was deeply involved with the planning of HIM-COE 98 had said, "Maha Katnele Hat Chat Chha" in response to his new house in Kathmandu!
I have had the privilege of evangelizing Nepalese working in South Korea and Japan for the last 10 years and I never heard of or seen anyone coming with a desire to help in this area. Now, they want to have a global conference in a third country, not because they could not do it in Nepal but because they get better chances to lick their hands with bigger funds in the name of Nepal and Nepalese. We must applaud the inginuity of our Nepali brothers and sisters who can find ways where there is no way to get some more bucks in the name of evangelizing and now for what and who knows....

WHY NOT IN KATHMANDU?
written by Most of the Nepalese pastors , August 17, 2008

Why in Thailand and not in Kathmandu? Most of the Nepalese pastors are not able to afford the cost of attending this conference in Thailand. Here people are waiting to hear the Gospel and most of the nepalese pastors and leaders and their Children are suffering with out having enough meal day to day, you are organizing such a big( It must cost so a lot money!) conference abroad and going to enjoy resources that would be collected in Jesus name and also in Nepal's name. When you just sit to eat, also swim and sleep on the "wonderful" beach of Pattaya just like wealthy tourists, please remember the needy faces of your Nepalese Brothers and Sisters in Christ who have very few options to make a living.
COULD NOT YOU CHANGE THE LOCATION AND ORGANIZE THIS PROGRAM IN KATHMANDU WHERE MANY LEADERS CAN COME AND BE ENCOURAGED? WHY IN THAILAND, WHY NOT IN KATHMANDU? JUST A HOLIDAY OR VACATION OR WHAT IN PATTAYA? Please Think on this...........
