काठमाडौं - १ नोभेम्बर,  बुद्धनगरस्थित आटेन कार्यलयमा ATEN Library को Annual General Body meeting सम्पन्न भयो। मिटिङमा विभिन्न बाइबल स्कूल, कलेजका प्रिन्सीपल, चर्चका पास्टर र विभिन्न संघ संस्थाका पदाधिकारीहरूको उपस्थिति रहेको थियो। General Body Meeting मा आटेनका निर्देशक डा.रमेश खत्रीले उपस्थितहरूलाई प्रार्थनामा डोर्‍याउनुभएको थियो। विहान १० बजेदेखि एक जनाले परिचय दिने अर्को व्यक्तिले प्रार्थना गर्दै मिटिङको प्रारम्भ भएको थियो।

थाहा पाइ राख्‍ने होइन त जी. पी. एस. प्रणाली बारे?

म कुनै साथीको घरमा जानु पर्‍यो भने र मलाई त्यो ठाउँ थाहा छैन भने मैले कसैलाई त्यो घर देखाइ माग्नु पर्छ अथवा त्यो साथीलाई नजिकैको चोकमा बोलाउनु पर्नेहुन्छ, होइन त?

Scripture - 1 Samuel Chapter One

All Christians know, talk and encourage prayer but if we are honest we will confess that our words do not match our actions. At times I am driven to guilt by those who always talk about praying for a long time and even days on various issues. I feel guilty because I have never been that kind of person all these years of ministry. I have a daily and regular time of devotion but never a long-winded type of prayer. If I pray in bed there is the possibility of dozing off and if I pray in the office I am always reminded of deadlines and the email which needs attending. The only time I can pray is when I stand and walk. May be if I was an only a pastor with no office obligation then things could be different. But then would it?  If my reader is honest some of them will identify with me and may have taken the journey of guilt similar to mine. It is worse when some members of our churches are more fervent in prayer than us.

यर्देनीत बप्तिस्मल किनारामा एल्डर श्रीमति मिना थेबेले कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन र लघु आराधना गर्नुभयो।  पा. जोनाथन सुनुबारले दाजु-भाइ र दिदी-बहिनीहरुलाई बप्तिहसमाको उत्साहीत वचन बाड्नुभएको थियो। त्यसपछि लगतै ९ जना दिदी-बहिनीहरु र ४ जना दाजु-भाइहरुलाई हामी त्रय पाष्टरहरु श्री जोनाथन सुनुवार, श्री दौलत थुलुङ र श्री वीनोद गौतमले यर्दन पानीको बप्तिनसमा दिएका थियौ।

वर्तमान नेपालका मण्डलीहरु राजनैतिकबाट पृथक हुन आवश्यक देखिन्छ।नेपालमा मौलाउदै गएका विभिन्न थरीका पार्टी, दल, सम्प्रदाय आजभोली छ्यापछ्यापी भेटीन्छन् जसले गर्दा आज हाम्रो इसाई मण्डलीका अगुवा, पाष्टर त्यही लयमा लागेर परमेश्वरको सेवकाइभन्दा ती सम्प्रदायको कार्यक्रम, सेमिनार र गोष्ठीमा बढी महत्त्व दिने गरेको पाइन्छ।जसले गर्दा नेपाली इसाई मण्डलीहरुमा पनि त्यही प्रकारको वातावरण सृजना हुन गइ भविष्यमा यी मण्डली राजनैतिक उदगम थलो बन्न नसक्ला भने होइन।
