Iteen has been celebrating "ITEEN Day" on 25 of July from its 10th anniversary. This year in different places in Nepal and outside of Nepal Iteen day was celebrated. On that very day 26 pastors and leaders within the valley gathered together at Family of God Church, Nakkhu, from 3 pm to 5 pm and joined in prayer service.

July 25 – during the 1990s along with the fast growth of the Church, many bible training centers, bible schools and colleges were started in Nepal. Many of them have positive impact. ITEEN started with a slogan "Ghar Gharai Bible College,"("Bible College at Home'). ITEEN started with a target of reaching thousands of Christian 14 year ago. ITEEN has established itself during these 14 years and has become a blessing to the Churches in Nepal. Today we would like to thank all the tutors, students praying friends, pastors, leaders, supporters and well wishers.

As a Nepali Prime Minister (PM) functioning under a womanising and wining (alcoholic) king, how would you rule? You’ve spent most of your childhood in India, and done schooling there. Then you become the PM a few months after the overthrow of the 104 year old Rana regime. For the few educated colleagues, you have only those that studied in Tri-Chandra College or in India. Since the Rana rulers functioned as the executive, the legislature, and the judiciary combined, you have to start from zero to build a democratic setup.  Where would you seek guidance?

May be these greedy leaders will now flee the nation and the real Christianity will take root and hopefully the foes also will realize that the cause of Christian growth in our nation is not money but something else which is also equally attractive to them as well.  May be we might have to pay the ultimate price until every Nepali sees the real face of Christianity and experiences the love of God.

More than two hundred people have died in a diarrhoea epidemic in Western Nepal, the most remote and poorest region of the country. Rukum, Rolpa, Surkhet, Jajarkot districts are most affected by the epidemic. Despite the fact that the first deaths occurred about three months ago, the government is only now intervening to stop the spread of the epidemic to the rest of the country. Prime Minister, himself visited the affected area but still the situation is not under control.
