Vision Trust Nepal (VTN) is a Faith based organization and works amongst children to help them to live for God and love others. VTN runs Child Development Centers & works as an Advocacy in Biblical norms and values. Currently, we are working in 2 districts of Nepal in strengthening and mobilizing the community to help the neediest children for their holistic development.

VTN seeks committed and competent Christian Nepali citizens for the following post.
1. Post Title: Programme Officer Required Number: 1
Location: Pokhara Office(with frequent field visit)
A. Responsibilities:
1. Frequent field visit to Gorkha and Dhading districts for now.
2. Coordinate and assist networks, working groups, partners etc.
3. Monitor the Learning Centers and it’s progress in the fields.
4. Monthly reporting (financial and progress) of field activities.
5. Assist in project planning and implementation.
6. Train and develop volunteers and field-based staff (LC Managers
and Teachers).
7. Network with likeminded organizations and individuals.
8. Assist to write project proposals and to explore the area of work.
9. Make annual, quarterly and monthly plan.
10. Ensure the project budget is executed in line with the plan.
11. Assist in giving work to any other short term hires, volunteers.
B. Competencies:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Development Studies or any other
relevant field but Master’s degree holder will be given priority.
2. At least two years of experience in working with NGOs/INGOs
specially in the field of education.
3. Able to deal with Government agencies, local Communities,
Church leaders independently, and motivate them to work for
Child issues.
4. Familiar in working with networking among individuals, Churches
and NGOs.
5. Good skill in report & proposal writing and communication.
6. Can use MS Office, Email & Internet; competent in spoken and
written English and Nepali.
2. Post Title: Admin & Finance Officer Required Number: 1
Location: Pokhara Office
A. Responsibilities:
1. Correct handling of funds and financial documents.
2. Responsible for safe keeping of all assets, records and documents
of the organization.
3. Monthly reporting (financial and progress) of field activities.
4. Be responsible for day to day cash handling (receiving and
providing) as per organization policy.
5. Assist and support preparing annual budget as per approved
plans.
6. Manage and supervise petty cash management in projects and
VTN office.
7. Produce monthly financial statements and financial reports for
auditor, funding organizations and General Assembly together
with Tresurer or Director.
8. Deal with staff CIT and income tax matters.
9. Maintain good relationship and communication with field staff,
staff, board members, stakeholders and community people.
10. Confidential legal and financial matters regarding Vision Trust
Nepal’s transactions.
B. Competencies:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies or any other relevant
field but Master’s degree holder will be given priority.
2. At least two years of experience in working with NGOs/INGOs
specially in the field of management.
3. Able to deal with Govt. agencies, local Communities, field staff,
board members and have good relationship.
4. Familiar with financial management as well as administration
role.
5. Good skill to prepare financial report and communication.
6. Can use MS Office, Email & Internet; competent in spoken and
written English and Nepali.
